Hi! My name is Heather, but many people know me online as Skye. I was born about 273 moons ago, have lived in Florida my whole life, and am studying Elementary Education at Florida Atlantic University. I love to draw (mostly portraits) and quite often get lost in a good book (or a difficult piece of code). Oh, and I believe in fairies.

Skyefairy has been around since October 2002 and has gone through many incarnations. It started out as a place for me to post my poetry, grew into a creative arts community, and then downsized into my personal creative outlet. Though most of the site is in a blog-like format, there is still tons of content to browse through--this is just easier for me to manage!
