Fansite Needs New Owner

Right now Dakota Blue Resource is run by Megan (me) and Caroline. Megan does all the coding and graphics making. Caroline just updates. However Megan needs to leave the site, so the site needs someone who knows PHP and creates good graphics ... Also it would be best if you are a dakota blue fan ...
