It's a simpler, and smaller layout, but you can change the top navigation to display more links by taking the descriptions off, or lining the links horizontally instead of vertically. the top has a title or subject bar for your overall page, and there are separate headers for everything else.this is what a block quote looks like. i rarely style these but it looks quite nice.
